Living / Dining Area: Every tile from the dining room to kitchen flooring, bar area and backsplash were individually cut from a variety of stone, accented with stainless steel. The cabinets were refaced and new hardware installed. Custom designed and constructed are the square kitchen light box and the movable granite island.
Entry:
To make the hallway appear wider, the back wall was given an alcove
and the vertical track light was removed and replaced with
horizontal wooden beams. The carpet was also replaced with hand-cut
diamond patterned tile; thus giving dimension and reflection to make
the area appear more spacious.
Master Bathroom: Increased storage space through installation of custom built-ins made of red oak. Floor was re-tiled and a custom vanity with matching medicine cabinet was created using granite, red-oak and custom-cut glass.
Living Area: The fireplace and side bookshelf were refaced in variegated slate stone. The
mantel crown moldings, and trim were handmade from red oak. The painting is oil on canvas.
